Crafting Your Short-Term Strategy (30 min): This is where we build a tactical plan — customized for you — for immediate impact on your work-life integration and authentic, realistic self-care.

Revitalize & Rise — 1/2 Day Virtual Retreat for Work-Life Integration Strategy & Deep-Dive on Setting Boundaries
This is a virtual workshop that feels like a retreat. Addressing burnout is not about finding productivity hacks or tips and tricks for surviving the daily grind. It's about creating a thriving life that truly resonates with your values, needs, and ambitions. experience is dedicated to fostering work/life integration and resolving burnout while connecting you with other ambitious, like-minded women.
